Jakarta Sees 129 Covid-19 Daily Cases on June 11

IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta Jakarta Health Agency Head of Public Health announced Thursday, June 11, the city saw 129 confirmed COVID-19 daily cases and 147 recoveries. “Meanwhile, there are 551 deaths,” said Fify. 

The additional cases add to the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Jakarta to 8,552 cases. 

She also said that there are 1,446 patients under treatment while there are 2,887 people conducting self-quarantine. Apart from the aforementioned statistics, there are hundreds of people bearing the status ODP or people under monitoring and thousands of PDP or patients under monitoring. 

People classified as ODP are people with a fever over 38 degrees celsius, have a history of fever, or acute respiratory syndrome without pneumonia. ODP status is also determined by a person’s history staying in a country that has reported local transmissions. 

Meanwhile, PDP is a status given to people that are suffering from fever over 38 degrees celsius, have a history for fever, acute respiratory syndrome, history of suffering from pneumonia, and having a history of traveling to countries with active COVID-19 cases.
