A Minimum Of 264 Indonesian ‘Mudik’ Travelers Tested Positive for Covid-19

IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta The Indonesian Covid-19 Job Force kept in mind that a minimum of 264 “mudik” tourists checked positive for the coronavirus disease. The figure was taken from the implementation of the “ketupat” operation on May 15.

The Covid-19 Task Force, spokesman Wiku Adisasmito, stated that in total there were 419,969 automobiles bought to reverse.

” We held 77,068 tests, and found 264 favorable for Covid-19,” he said at a press conference held in Jakarta, Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

He said the 264 people who tested positive accounted for 0.34 percent of Eid travelers.

He said the Covid-19 Task Force continues to collaborate with local branches in its battle to curb Covid spread. “The federal government continues to upgrade field information and will report it to the general public,” he said.
