IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta – Jakarta Guv Anies Baswedan asked the capital city residents to stay home on Saturday and Sunday as the variety of Covid-19 cases keeps increasing.

According to the guv, the city administration had increased the variety of tests to 13.5 times the basic set by WHO. “Based on the estimation of Indonesian proportion, about 45 to 50 percent screening in Indonesia was done in Jakarta,” Anies stated.
The hospital capacity also continues to be increased, far way higher than the health center capability in the very first Covid-19 wave. “We even need to utilize emergency camping tents on the health center lawns.”
For That Reason, Anies Baswedan asked individuals of Jakarta to do weekend activities in the house. “Let’s stay at house on Saturday-Sunday. Be patient, hopefully, we can make it through this time much faster,” he remarked.
