IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta – President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo departed for Lampung Province for a working visit on Thursday, September 2, 2021 to review the implementation of the vaccination in the province as well as inaugurating the Way Sekampung dam.
“Arriving at Radin Inten II Airport, South Lampung Regency, the Head of State will go directly to the Tanjung Karang Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes) to review the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination for people in Lampung Province,” said the Staff of the Presidential Secretariat, Thursday, September 2, 2021.
In addition to the Tanjung Karang Health Polytechnic visit, Jokowi will also review the Covid-19 vaccination activities at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung City (Senior High School) and SMP Negeri 1 Pesawaran, Pesawaran Regency (Junior High School). At both locations, Covid-19 vaccinations were held for educators and students.
During this working visit, Jokowi is also scheduled to provide guidance to the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) throughout the Lampung Province which will be held at the Mahan Agung Hall, Bandar Lampung City.
Ending his working visit in Lampung Province, Jokowi will inaugurate the Way Sekampung Dam in Pringsewu Regency. After that, the President and his entourage will go directly to Radin Inten II Airport to return to Jakarta.
Also accompanying President Jokowi on the flight to Lampung Province were Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, SOE Minister Erick Thohir, TNI Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, National Police Chief General Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary Marsda TNI M. Tonny Harjono, Commander of Paspampres Brigadier General Tri Budi Utomo, and Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin.
