Pertamina Restructures Board of Directors

IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta The State-owned Enterprises (SMEs) Ministry has once again restructured Pertamina’s board of directors following today’s general meeting of shareholders (RUPS) on Friday, June 12.

According to Tempo’s source, not only were the board of directors restructured but they were also downsized from eleven members to only six.

The six members consist of five familiar faces, namely President-director Nicke Widyawati, business support director M Haryo Yunianto, director of finance Emma Sri Martini, human resources director Koeshartanto, and director of logistics Mulyono. Meanwhile, the new board member is the director of strategy Iman Rachman.

The board members who did not make the cut are: Director of upstream Dharmawan H. Samsu, Processing Director Budi Santoso Syarif, Corporate Marketing Director Basuki Trikora Putra, Retail Marketing Director Mas’ud Khamid, Director of Processing and Petrochemical Megaprojects Ignatius Tallulembang, and Director of Investment Planning and Risk Management Heru Setiawan.

Tempo attempted to confirm the result of the shareholders meeting to Pertamina’s VP Corporate Communication Fajriyah Usman. Unfortunately, no reply was sent back to us and only noted through his Whatsapp status that reads; “the RUPS release is being prepared.”
