Jember hosts 2023 Asian Music Games

Jember, Jawa Timur – Jember District, East Java, officially hosts the 2023 Asian Music Games to be hung on September 18-25, with lots of countries going to and taking part in this worldwide event.

President of the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) Thailand Kosin Suebprasitwong, together with invited visitors from several other nations, attended the launch of the 2023 Asian Music Games held at the PB Sudirman Hall in Jember District, Wednesday night (May 3).

“We are positive that the grand occasion, which will be held in September, will improve the economic sector in Jember Regency,” Jember District Head Hendy Siswanto noted in a written statement received in Jember, Thursday.

According to Siswanto, the activity held for a week in September 2023 will be gone to by 22 nations, with a total of 3 thousand participants, so it will produce a multiplier effect to promote Jember District on the international phase.

On The Other Hand, the President Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) Thailand Suebprasitwong expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome extended by the Jember local government for the launch of the 2023 Asian Music Games.

The launch event was closed with home entertainment performances from the sensational Jember Marching Band (JMB) and also performances from the talents of the Jember Style Carnival (JFC).
