IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta – Arya Sinulingga, a special staff for State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Minister Erick Thohir, clarified the minister’s statement concerning the drug called Ivermectin. He described Erick had never said that Ivermectin had actually gotten the Food and Drug Keeping track of Agency’s (BPOM) allow as a Covid-19 drug.

He asked the general public not to misinterpret or twist Erick’s declaration. “So when someone states that Pak Erick states Ivermectin as a coronavirus drug, it is plainly incorrect.”
Ivermectin is currently produced by state-owned pharmaceutical firm PT Indofarma. The drug is said to be a healing drug for Covid-19 clients. Erick also prepared to improve the production of the drug which is cost Rp5,000 -7,000 per tablet.
