Under 100 COVID-19 cases tape-recorded in 70% Indonesian cities, districts

Jakarta – Some 60 to 70 percent of districts and cities, or around 397 districts and cities in Indonesia taped below 100 active cases of COVID-19, according to the Task Force for COVID-19 Reaction.

” Hence, the total is roughly 60 to 70 percent. This is the outright count of cases,” Dr Dewi Nur Aisyah, representative of the Task Force, kept in mind in a press conference at Graha BNPB here on Wednesday.

Of the total 514 districts and cities across Indonesia, 32.3 percent, or around 166 districts and cities, tape-recorded between 11 and 50 active cases of COVID-19

” Thus, 11-50 cases of individuals are ill (in those 166 districts and cities). This is the biggest proportion (out of an overall of 514 districts and cities),” he mentioned.

Of the total figure, 114 districts and cities, or some 22.18 percent, turned out to have taped in between one and 10 active cases of COVID-19

” Until this point, we can really see that there are currently about 54 percent (districts/cities), with active cases below 50,” Aisyah noted.

Meanwhile, from the 514 districts and cities, 12 of them, or some 2.33 percent, recorded over one thousand active cases of COVID-19
