Tourist Ministry to make West Java’s vaccine automobile pilot project

We will offer vaccination services to locations with low coverage in vaccination.

Bandung – The Ministry of Tourist and Creative Economy has actually initiated to make the COVID-19 Vaccine Automobile program in West Java a pilot task.

This program is intended to build herd resistance and to recuperate the economy that has been struck by the COVID-19 pandemic.

” We are grateful that the Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry has provided us with this opportunity. I believe this is an excellent relocation that we need to pursue,” Head of the West Java Tourist and Culture Service Dedi Taufik said in a press release, Sunday.

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has deployed two automobiles symbolically inaugurated at the West Java Governor’s Workplace on November 13, to serve the regional community.

One cars and truck will serve people residing in Garut District, Tasikmalaya District, Tasikmalaya City, and Majalengka District.

Another car will serve individuals in Bandung District, Subang District, Indramayu District, Cirebon District, and Kuningan District.

” We will offer vaccination services to areas with low coverage in vaccination. The vaccine vehicles may also go to traditional villages in West Java,” Taufik included.

The Vaccine Cars are targeting people associated with the tourism market and innovative economy sectors.

To support the program, the ministry teams up with associated parties such as the West Java Provincial Health Service, West Java Provincial Tourism and Culture Service, West Java Provincial Village Community Empowerment Service, in addition to regional authorities in districts/cities.

In addition to the vaccine cars, there will be 2 more vehicles deployed to supply entertainment and bring in public interest to come to vaccination places.

” We hope that this program will be an initiative for all local governments. We will constantly continue to assist. Together we establish West Java,” Professional Staff for Crisis Management at the Tourist and Creative Economy Ministry, Henky Manurung kept in mind.

According to the schedule, the vaccine vehicles will begin to take a trip on November 13 to 23 and continue the journey to Central Java before going back to West Java for the second path.
