Jakarta – On the 3rd day of the 37 th ASEAN Top series, Saturday, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) participated in practically several ASEAN Summits with partner countries.
The ASEAN Summit, kept in Vietnam, was attended by President Jokowi through videoconference from the Bogor Presidential Palace, West Java.
The ASEAN-New Zealand Summit Satisfying will start a series of ASEAN summits with partners that President Jokowi will partake in on Saturday.
Jokowi will thereafter attend the second biennial ASEAN-Australia Summit and 23 rd ASEAN Plus 3 (APT) Summit followed by the ASEAN Plus 3 (APT) Leaders Meeting East Asia Service Council (EABC) Agents.
In the afternoon, President Jokowi will attend the launch ceremony of the ASEAN Smart Logistics Network (ASLN) with First Job Vihn Phuc ICD Logistics Center (SuperPort). In the evening, President Jokowi is arranged to go to the 15 th East Asia Top.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ASEAN Summit with partners will produce a number of arrangements that consist of the Joint Declaration on Human being Capital Development associated to personnel capacity building in the region through education, health, social economy, and technological enhancements in addition to a Joint Declaration on Enhancing Cooperation under FTA and Combating COVID-19 concerning a joint dedication to reduce the effect of the pandemic on trade, international and regional financial investment and restore economic and trade confidence through guaranteeing market openness, trade assistance, and sharing of experiences and info.

The East Asia Top will produce 5 arrangement documents.
The ASEAN Plus 3 (APT) Summit will produce five contract files, particularly the ASEAN Plus 3 Leaders Statement on Reinforcing ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation for Economic and Financial Resilience in the Face of Emerging Challenges that emphasizes cooperation in the financial and monetary fields to support local resilience in facing regional obstacles, specifically throughout the present pandemic.
