Jakarta – immigration authorities at Soekarno-Hatta Airport early on Sunday deported 32 Indians rejected entry to Indonesia on Friday on account of a spike in COVID-19 cases in the South Asian nation.
The 32 Indians were deported to their country from the airport at 00.40 a.m. on Sunday by Dubai-bound Emirates Airlines flight, Head of the Info and Communication Innovation Section of the Soekarno-Hatta Migration Office Sam Fernando said in a composed declaration released on Sunday.
