Densus 88 arrests 12 horror suspects in three provinces

Jakarta – An overall of 12 terrorist suspects were taken into arrest by the Indonesian anti-terror squad Densus 88 in South Kalimantan, Bali, and Bima in West Nusa Tenggara.

The suspects are members of Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) and Jamaah Islamiyah, Indonesian Cops spokesman Brig. Gen. Awi Setiyono mentioned here on Tuesday.

Setiyono kept in mind that 7 suspects were apprehended in South Kalimantan.

” The first suspect NZN, alias Zay, alias Armagedon, was detained on June 1 at 1 p.m. WITA (Central Indonesian Time),” he remarked.

NZN was apparently the secretary of JAD. The other suspects apprehended in the province were recognized by their initials as MRR, AS, MN, TA, and S. Another suspect has passed away.

In Bali, the cops’s Unique Detachment 88 (Densus 88) arrested two fear suspects: MRAH and MHAH.

MRAH was arrested for his supposed participation in a study performed by Jamaah Islamiyah in Lebak, Banten Province, to seek its target of Chinese descent.

MHAH was allegedly associated with the strategy to seize the cops’s arms.

On June 8, Densus 88 detained 3 suspects– ER, WA, and HA– who were members of Jamaah Islamiyah in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara.
