KPK arrests East Kutai regent, legislative council speaker for alleged graft

The Corruption Elimination Commission (KPK) has actually apprehended East Kutai Regent Ismunandar and his better half, East Kutai Legislative Council (DPRD) speaker Encek UR Firgasih, together with 13 others on Thursday night for supposed corruption in goods and services procurement in the regency.
