IDNEWSNOW.COM, Jakarta – The Bogor Regency COVID-19 task force has ordered the law enforcement and discipline division to determine the sanction that will be handed to the crowd caused by FPI members gathering in the MEgamendung area on November 13.
The COVID-19 task force spokesperson, Irwan Purnawan, on Wednesday said they are searching for the subject responsible for the crowd that welcomed the arrival of Rizieq Shihab.
“The subject must be clear since there were no permits made to hold an event, which includes permits submitted to us,” said Purnawan who is also the head of Bogor Regency’s communication and informatics agency on November 25.
The sanctions for PSBB social restriction violations are overseen in the Bogor Regent’s Regulation No.60/2020. The level of sanctions vary from fines as little as Rp50,000 up to Rp50 million.
